Web Hosting Platform

Creating a digital media agency that is aimed at supporting multiple production studios for a large company is no easy undertaking. This is exactly what I was asked to solve for the website hosting platform team. The website portfolio contained dozens of websites of varying states of development and traffic. These sites had different needs depending on the goal of their business and also if they were internal or external facing. Additionally, the sites were built on a variety of different technology platforms and content management systems. The result was the creation of a new team along with a custom website hosting platform that met the needs of the studios. While there will always be a mixture of technology platforms hosting these sites, the ultimate goal is to migrate all the sites to the new platform with custom tooling specifically aimed at the studios.
